||You will soon realize the blog isn’t daily at the moment. You’ll see dates like Day-57 on the maps or in the articles. Then it isn’t meant  to be an article about the entire walk already but something which has to do with preparation for the journey or something which is worth to be said. ||

The initial plan was to take a walk from China to Europe, inspired by Christoph Rehage .

We quickly realized, our biggest problem would be the language. Not learned any chinese nor other eastern languages and a population full of people only speaking their native language will lead to the point that any communication will be a huge problem.

So we decided to go a step backward and focus on a smaller area.  We thought about a couple of cities and/or places we want to visit during our trip in Europe.  After a while the first 1000km and  a little more the second  thousand kilometres were planned, including our first big six we want to reach and visit during our journey.

Our first big goal will be the Bodensee. Nearly one thousand kilometres per pedes from our hometown will be the first stage of our journey.
