Started our journey today. The first stage of our first 1000km.  Steffi was working all day long up to  6pm. So we had little time to get the last ferry over the Rhein.

We made it, even  if it was a really hard march. 8,5km in 1,5h with a lot of load on the back isn’t the  best start for a journey like that. Our feet  would  give a sign tomorrow.

We’re  kinda done.

When we left the ferry, we had all the time  of the rest of the day. But the sun sets down and it got dark right away. So we searched for a little bar to take a drink. We’re in Germany so the search for a bar should not take long.  Found one,  ordered ourself a fresh beer and wondering why we met  far related familymembers of Steffi there.  Killed the beer and kept on walking .

We reached our first destination about 8pm , build up the tent and went to sleep.
